What is the lead time from ordering to receiving of orders?
Delivery - Within 3 working days upon clearance of payment.
Shipment arrival - local courier service take about 2~3 working days (except peak festive seasons), international courier service take about 5~10 working days depending on country.

Could I order Extremen if I am not from Malaysia?
Yes, we serve and ship worldwide and we did not encountered any difficulties in clearing custom as we are submitting all the required documents for custom clearance.

Is my order and personal information discreet and private?
We do not share our customer database with any third party. We stored only information required for mailing.
Your order is packed in a box and seal with a plastic envelope that looks exactly like a parcel without any indication or labeling on the external of the envelope. You could track status of your order with your Skynet (http://www.skynet.com.my) order ID, right from ordering till delivery of order once we have verified your payment.

Why I did not receive any response from your side?
Most of the lost mail cases are related to anti-spam and anti-virus filter at mail server or email client. Always check if your anti-spam filtered our mail to your spam folder, save the mailing address to your safe list. If you do not received any response within reasonable time, please don't hestitate to email us again or call our customer service hotline or chat with our live support via instant messengers.

How do I know that this is not a fraud?
We are a registered company in Malaysia and we have a solid reputation to uphold to risk frauding an order.

Payment Questions


What payment option available?
At this moment, we only accept bank transfer/bank wire and cash on delivery. But soon we will have more payment options.
For local or oversea bank wire - please allow at least 3 business working days upon clearance of payment before we ship the stock to you.
Cash Order - most cash order could be arranged by the next working days depending on schedule availability.

Can I pay in cash?
Yes, if you reside in Malaysia, you can opt to pay for cash on order collection during online ordering or sms for cash order. We will introduce cash order on collection to more countries once we establish more partners..

How could I make a bank transfer?
Domestic : You could transfer your payment via bank counter, automated cash deposit machine and internet banking.
